Who We Are?
Founded in 2023, Odhanon was born from a shared instinct — to reimagine Indian craftsmanship for the modern woman.
What began as an exploration into hand block printed scrunchies soon revealed something larger: a gap between traditional Indian prints and contemporary western silhouettes. While hand block printing was often confined to ethnic wear, we saw its potential elsewhere — in structured dresses, sharp co-ords, chic everyday pieces.
With a background in Fashion Design and Merchandising from NIFT, Vaishali Sahu and Prithvi Ujjwal (Founders) brought together design sensibility and market insight to create something intentional — not trend-driven noise, but distinct identity.
Odhanon emerged as a contemporary label that gives Indian prints a western voice.
What We Make
Our silhouettes are deliberate: both relaxed and sharply defined, because a woman’s wardrobe must hold more than one mood. Some days need ease, others demand structure.
We work primarily with 100% cotton for its breathability and comfort, and choose hand block-printed fabrics for their character. Subtle irregularities are not flaws but the mark of the human hand, ensuring no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
From pocket depth to corset firmness, from linings to seam finishes, every small choice is considered. These details quietly decide how a garment feels after hours of wear.
