Every piece goes through deep scrutiny before we ship them out. Damages occur in the transit as well. If your order arrives damaged, you can place a return/ exchange request.
All colors of garments are produced as accurately as possible, however some variation may occur in color. Because our pieces are made with handcrafted fabrics, external factors like temperature and weather may cause variations and irregularities.
Yes, we provide COD payment method.
If COD option shows unavailable to you, it can be because: a) your zone area is not available for COD service or b) your account has been blocked from our COD services due to your past shopping history with us (causes can be multiple same outfit orders, multiple failed delivery attempts for previous order, rejecting the package upon delivery etc)
You can place your order using one of the prepaid payment methods.
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email as well as Whatsapp update. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact our customer support.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to a thank you page with order details. You will receive order confirmation via email as well as Whatsapp. It can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! If you don't receive any of these, reach out to us.
If you are missing part of your order, please check:
1. Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 5-7 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at- help@odhanon.in. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
Yes, we do accept returns. You can place a return or exchange request within 3 days of the delivery.
1. Log in to your account using the email ID you have used to make the purchase.
2. Click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit the return for. Please note, you will be able to use this option only till your return window is open.

Within 1-2 business days, your return will be created and you will be notified of the same. The return package will be picked up in 1-3 business days.
We process refunds back to the source.
Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
A return fee of 250 INR is deducted from the refunds.
The picked up return takes some time to reach our warehouse. Once arrived, refund is initiated after a successful quality check. It takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
We initiate your exchange after your return shipment reaches our warehouse. Then we dispatch your exchange item which can take 2-10 business days to reach your address.

For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make 3 attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. If the packages returns, you can drop a shipment request here. It will be dispatched again at a nominal charge of 150 INR.

Yes, you can cancel your order until your order ships.
After you place an order, it gets reflected in your account dashboard. This is where you can view all your orders. Click on the order you want to cancel. Tap on 'Cancel' button on top right corner of new window and proceed.

The refund of your cancelled order will be directed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Your order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped. You can reject the delivery or accept the delivery and raise a return request for the same. Return fee of 250 INR will be levied in both the cases.
Yes, we offer digital gift card that can be purchased on our website. They are available in various values and make a great gift!
During checkout, enter the gift card code in the designated field. The amount will be deducted from your total.
Our gift cards never expire, hence letting you shop whenever you want.
In such a case, the balance gets carried forward. The amount still remains in your gift card and can be used to place another order any time you want.
