Yes, we are committed to ethical manufacturing practices. All our products are made in our in-house manufacturing unit that follow fair labor standards.

Product & Stock
How do I know my size? Plus

On every product page, we have provided our guided size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements are body measurements in inches (in) and centimetres (cm).

What if the item doesn't fit? Plus

If the item doesn’t fit, you can request for a size exchange.

How do I care for my garments?  Plus

Care instructions are included on the garment tag as well as on website product pages. We recommend you to follow these wash care instructions to prolong the life of your garment.

What if I received the wrong item? Plus

You can place a return/ exchange request to get your right order.

What if my order arrives damaged? Plus

Every piece goes through deep scrutiny before we ship them out. Damages occur in the transit as well. If your order arrives damaged, you can place a return/ exchange request.

Do products come in exactly the same color? Plus

All colors of garments are produced as accurately as possible, however some variation may occur in color. Because our pieces are made with handcrafted fabrics, external factors like temperature and weather may cause variations and irregularities.

Orders & Payments
Is COD available? Plus

Yes, we provide COD payment method.

I cannot see COD option. What should I do? Plus

If COD option shows unavailable to you, it can be because: a) your zone area is not available for COD service or b) your account has been blocked from our COD services due to your past shopping history with us (causes can be multiple same outfit orders, multiple failed delivery attempts for previous order, rejecting the package upon delivery etc)

You can place your order using one of the prepaid payment methods.

Will I receive order confirmation? Plus

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email as well as Whatsapp update. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact our customer support.

How do I know you've received my order? Plus

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to a thank you page with order details. You will receive order confirmation via email as well as Whatsapp. It can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! If you don't receive any of these, reach out to us.

What if I haven't received part of my order? Plus

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

1. Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.

My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do? Plus

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 5-7 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at- help@odhanon.in. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns? Plus

Yes, we do accept returns. You can place a return or exchange request within 3 days of the delivery.

How can I return my online purchase? Plus

1. Log in to your account using the email ID you have used to make the purchase.
2. Click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit the return for. Please note, you will be able to use this option only till your return window is open.
3. Select a reason for return
4. Click Return request

Within 1-2 business days, your return will be created and you will be notified of the same. The return package will be picked up in 1-3 business days.

How do you make refunds? Plus

We process refunds back to the source.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

A return fee of 250 INR is deducted from the refunds.

How will I receive the refund for my returned order? Plus

The picked up return takes some time to reach our warehouse. Once arrived, refund is initiated after a successful quality check. It takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

I have requested an exchange, when will I receive it? Plus

We initiate your exchange after your return shipment reaches our warehouse. Then we dispatch your exchange item which can take 2-10 business days to reach your address.

Are there any additional charges for returns/ exchanges? Plus

We charge a fee of 250/- on returns & exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer express shipping? Plus

We offer only standard shipping currently. For urgent delivery, please reach out to us here- help@odhanon.in. We will try our best to assist you.

Do you offer free delivery? Plus

All orders above 2500 INR are eligible for free delivery.

When will I get my order? Plus

Our processing time frame is 3-5 days. It takes 2-10 business days to deliver your order after dispatch PAN India.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Currently, we take international orders via our Etsy store.

What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order? Plus

For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make 3 attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. If the packages returns, you can drop a shipment request here. It will be dispatched again at a nominal charge of 150 INR.

How can I track my order?  Plus

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and Whatsapp which you can use to track your order on our website.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?  Plus

If you need to change your shipping address, please mail us at help@odhanon.in within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellations & Reorder
Can I cancel my order? Plus

Yes, you can cancel your order until your order ships.

How do I cancel my order? Plus

After you place an order, it gets reflected in your account dashboard. This is where you can view all your orders. Click on the order you want to cancel. Tap on 'Cancel' button on top right corner of new window and proceed.

How can I reorder? Plus

Click on the order you want to reorder in your account dashboard. Tap on 'Buy Again' button on top right corner of new window and proceed to checkout.

How will I get refund for my cancelled order? Plus

The refund of your cancelled order will be directed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

I want to cancel my order but it is already shipped. Plus

Your order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped. You can reject the delivery or accept the delivery and raise a return request for the same. Return fee of 250 INR will be levied in both the cases.

Gift Card
Do you offer gift cards?  Plus

Yes, we offer digital gift card that can be purchased on our website. They are available in various values and make a great gift!

How do I redeem a gift card?  Plus

During checkout, enter the gift card code in the designated field. The amount will be deducted from your total.

When will my gift card expire? Plus

Our gift cards never expire, hence letting you shop whenever you want.

If I place an order of lesser value than the gift card, what happens to the rest of my amount? Plus

In such a case, the balance gets carried forward. The amount still remains in your gift card and can be used to place another order any time you want.

Promotions & Discounts
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?  Plus

We provide 10% OFF to first orders. Our discounts aren't that frequent. Hence, to never miss such a chance, you can stay tuned on our Instagram. We always announce sale that lasts only for a couple of days.

Can I use multiple discount codes?  Plus

Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

How do I apply a discount code?  Plus

Enter your discount code in the designated field at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total.

We value your feedback! We send you a review request after your order is delivered. You can follow the mail to leave your feedback. Your review will automatically get reflected on the product page of the item.

What should I do if I have a complaint?  Plus
