Returns & Exchanges

Kindly note, our store policies have been updated since March 7, 12:00 AM IST. Any order placed before will be subjected to old return and exchange policy.

  • We accept return and exchange requests if raised within 3 days of order delivery.
  • Restocking and processing fee of 250 INR is charged on returns and exchanges.
  • The order must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with unbroken seal tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If the returned item violates any of the conditions mentioned above, the item will be shipped back to the shopper (shipping charges 150 INR to be borne by the shopper).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges are allowed only once.
  • Only size exchanges are accepted.

How to start a Return

1. Log in to your account using the email ID you have used to make the purchase.
2. Click 'Request Return' for the order that you want to submit the return for. Please note, you will be able to use this option only till your return window is open.
3. Select a reason for return
4. Click Return request

Within 1-2 business days, your return will be created and you will be notified of the same. The return package will be picked up in 1-3 business days.

Please note, we reserve the right to reject your return request if we do not find you eligible to create one.

Exchanges

For exchanges, kindly send us an email here: help@odhanon.in, mentioning your order number, item you want to exchange for and why. 

Once your return package is received back in our warehouse and clears successful quality check, we will dispatch your exchange package.

Damages & Issues

In case your package is tampered upon delivery, take a photo and do not accept the package. Immediately reach us out here regarding the same: help@odhanon.in

If the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours. To claim the refund or to raise the return/ exchange of the item, we will require the unboxing video which you can share with us here: help@odhanon.in.

RTO orders (Return to Origin)

If the package is rejected by you upon delivery, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services. Paid amount will be refunded back to the source with a deduction of 150 INR from the final amount which covers the restocking fee.

If your order is undelivered due to your unavailability or wrong address, you can send a request mail to dispatch the order again at a shipping charge of 150/- here: help@odhanon.in.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept return or exchange on our accessories like scrunchies, bandanas and bags. Final Sale items are ineligible for return unless deemed faulty.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
